Facebook Group growth stratagist and moderator

We are a job board and worker marketplace in the construction industry. We are focused on the roofing industry right now. But will be growing into other construction trades. We are in the early stages of growth and need someone who will grow with the company.

We are looking for a Facebook group growth specialist and moderator.

We have not started our group yet. We will use this group to attract people to our website and as a distribution channel.

We have identified several Facebook groups that we are competing against. We will reach out to the members of these groups and invite them to join our group. We need someone to sort through and reach out to the members of each of these groups.

Your responsibilities will include:

Excepting member request
Ensure the group rules are kept
Creating Post( we’ll have brainstorming meetings)
Removing posts in the group if they fall outside of our rule
Removing members who do not follow rules
Commenting relevant responses to the conversation in the group
We are looking for someone to do direct outreach to people on Facebook.

We may post giveaways, you would be in charge of posting, and working with the winners to send them their gifts.

We are looking for a driven individual that is great with people. Someone who enjoys getting to know people. And can build trust and confidence quickly. Someone resourceful, a problem solver, and generally has a growth mindset. We are not micro-managers. We want you to be curious. We need someone that can self-direct daily and weekly tasks. We also want someone who is not afraid to speak up if they see a better way of running the business or completing a task.

This is new for us, and we need you to come in as an expert to strategize, brainstorm and ultimately build a great community.
