We have an immediate opening that we think you’re going to be interested in. Overview: We are looking for someone to work full-time on our web design team. We need someone like you with great front end and backend skills, WordPress and other talents to help create and manage WordPress sites. Good written and Excellent spoken English is a must. You will be working with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in America so good English communication skills are necessary. We discuss and work on important projects and understanding what’s being covered is super important. First things First: We are a quality company and only hire people of the same character. This is a full-time position so no moonlighting, which means no other jobs, you must be completed available and focused on our work! Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop responsive websites in WordPress and maintain them.• Responsible in determining any functionality the site must support.• Responsible to test the website and identify technical problems upload the site onto the server.• Maintenance or updating of websites including testing and identifying technical problems and troubleshooting.• Demonstrate problem solving skills and use proactive approach in order to identify best available solutions, technology frameworks, CMS plugins and widgets.• Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems.• Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts develop content criteria or choose solutions.• Keeps up to date with new trends and libraries as well as updates and changes to the HTML / CSS specifications. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.• At least 4 years of work experience in developing websites specifically using WordPress.• We are a WordPress shop. You must know WordPress inside and out!• Advanced knowledge and experience of internet and web technology, including JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3 and Upgrade to see actual informal hosting setup and site management; SSL, Backups, Updates, etc.• Understanding of different browser technologies and a general understanding of web infrastructure • Familiarity with mobile/responsive design and embedding of videos on the web • Experience working on multiple projects• Can work effectively under pressure• Has strong problem-solving skills• Experience working well with internal and external teams• Firm grasp of software engineering best practices and why they are important• Advanced skills diagnosing and resolving issues• Proven track record building great software Please send us the following: • Your complete and updated resume• An accurate and detailed description of your skills and rank each on a scale of 1-10 for your proficiency level • Your SKYPE or Zoom ID for the interview, WhatsApp or Slack contact info so we may text if needed• If you would like to include a video explaining more about yourself, what you can contribute to our company, things you like to do, etc., that would be of benefit.• Also, let me know how soon you can start as we need help now.
