[LM goal is to answer all inbound calls immediately and establish lead relations while strategically gauging lead motivation, follow up with leads already in the system and convert all leads into either appointments or contracts signed, run comps, determine deal options, make offers, and set appointments for acquisitions. Follow up, engage all leads in CRM and move through pipeline!]

*John Martinez training or some sort of sales training preferred but not required.
* To be clear, candidate Will be required to convert opportunities to appointments or contracts signed. If you do not have confidence in your ability to negotiate with leads or are not willing to learn how to close a deal do not apply.
*If you do not have at least one year previous sales experience do not apply.
*Position will work hand and foot with CEO and Acquisitions.
*Position will require full-time employment exclusive to Company, (if you don't meet this criteria there is no need to apply)
*Position will require extensive knowledge or extensive training of all tools and subscription-based systems currently utilized by company! -

***Systems knowledge preferred:
John Martinez training or some sort of sales training
Any previous use of US Based MLS/CRS
Propstream
CRM- RESimpli

***Marketing Systems knowledge Preferred:
Call Tools V2,
launch control,

****Other requirements
*English must be VERY good
*Able to follow directions fluently
*Self motivated for higher learning & achievement
