Your days will be filled with:
Ensuring ongoing operations of production environments
Assisting Issue Assessors with Zendesk inquiries
Identifying root causes to issues raised and providing solutions
Fixing bugs and critical issues
Liaising with Customer Success Managers and other stakeholders about the issues
Staying up-to-date with technology trends
Performing code reviews
Who we are looking for:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in application support.
Experience working with Azure or any other popular Cloud Platform.
Operational knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Needs to be highly organized and technologically savvy.
Excellent written and spoken English with formidable comprehension skills.
Has an extreme eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Has proven integrity, work ethic, and positive attitude towards work.
Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Stable internet connection and peaceful working space is a must.
