Job Description:
We are searching for someone experienced and enthusiastic with primary interests revolving around Search Engine Optimization. Your task will be site auditing, formulating content strategy, researching keywords, and working closely with developers for implementations. You will also be responsible for linking strategies and tactics, sourcing placements, and managing implementations.

Skills and Requirements:
— Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
— Knowledge of HTML/CSS
— Experience with SEO reporting is an advantage
— Knowledge of relevant tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Spyfu, Majestics, Screaming Frog, MOZ, WordPress Yoast SEO, and Shopify Yoast plug-in
— Knowledge of Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WebTrends
— Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required.
— Effective communication skills and creative English writing skills with attention to grammar
— A positive working attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
— Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
— Ability to keep all critical information private (confidentiality)
— Tech-Savvy
— Has a reliable working PC, a stable internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset
— Good Typing Skills
— Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any task
— Comfortable working with a time-tracking tool

Duties and Responsibilities:
— Analyzes current website search engine optimization (SEO), including site structure, page structure, and internal linking structure; identifies and makes recommendations to optimize each area further
— Assists with drafting, defining, and implementing unified SEO strategies and campaigns that will drive long-term, sustainable site traffic
— Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to assess the visibility of the assigned website, blogs, social media accounts, and e-commerce pages
— Analyzing SEO traffic metrics such as search engine referrals and keyword rankings
— Maintaining current knowledge of developments and best practices in SEO

Exercises For Injuries has been operating since 1999, and we constantly expand our workforce. We have employed several virtual assistants for more than ten years, and the primary virtual assistant has been with me for over ten years. Currently, our company has more than 60 full-time virtual assistants.

We're seeking someone self-motivated, resourceful, a problem solver, and who knows how to stay flexible and adaptable. Must be capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision.

These are the most important tasks you will do daily. You must be open and comfortable doing this for a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7, and you must be open to rotational shift work.
