Experience Designer (UX Designer)

Job Description

Collaborate with other design disciplines for the production and delivery of project deliverables:
• Analyze products and create various product research deliverables (e.g., heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, etc.)
• Present key product findings and recommendations to the team in advance of delivery to client
Execute creative direction of project through preparation of design deliverables:
• Holds holistic creative goals in mind when designing
• Explores creative solutions and innovates in a consistent manner
Support sales staff with new business development:
• Identify base design requirements and activities through early conversations with potential clients
• Create and refine various business development materials to reflect the company

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years professional experience with interaction/visual design for software user interfaces in an agency setting
• Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in a Relevant Field of Study (e.g., Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Computer • Science, Graphic Design, New Media, Engineering, Liberal Arts, etc.)
• General understanding of user research techniques and their value in the design process
• Abreast of UI design best practices, trends, and techniques
• Proficient with collaboration and design tools such as Figma and Miro
• Basic understanding of technical platforms and terms (i.e. HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, Java, .NET, XAML/WPF, Flex etc.)
