Vybe Media is looking for a Facebook/Instagram/YouTube media buyer to join our fast-growing team.

We've doubled in revenue in the last few months, and we're looking for our next rockstar teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to help us double again!

Our clients are a mix of eCommerce clients (on Shopify) and coaches/consultants/course creators selling high-ticket offers. Some experience/exposure to these is a must.

At Vybe Media, all we care about is results, and working as little as possible.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Someone who is PROACTIVE. If you see a problem, fix it. If you don't know how, figure it out. If you can't, ask for help. Ignorance is acceptable, inaction is not.

- Someone who takes OWNERSHIP. We will give you very clear guidance on the client's goals and target KPI's. Our ideal person will take those numbers and OWN them, not waiting for someone else to tell them how to improve performance, or revive a struggling account.

- Someone with proven STRATEGIES. You should be able to explain at least 3 different media buying strategies that have worked for you previously, and when you might use them again. We need you to know what to do when things aren't working as planned.

- Someone who is DATA-DRIVEN. You should know the industry standards for CPC, CTR, ATC %, Purchase %, etc., and you should be able to come up with ideas for improving any of these numbers. We'll support you with new copy, images, landing pages, etc - but we'll be looking for your input on where things are broken, and some possible reasons why.

- Someone who is EXPERIENCED. If you haven't failed on a client account before, you're probably not a good Upgrade to see actual info one wins 100% of the time, and losing can be the best education. You should be just as comfortable managing $100k/month+ as you are managing $3k/month.

- Someone who is HUNGRY. If you aren't dying to add 5-6 new accounts to your day, please don't apply. We're looking for someone who's ready to get after it. Someone who's ready to find out just what they're capable of, and push themselves to the limit.

ROLE:
You'll be managing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and it's a HUGE advantage if you have YouTube experience as well.

You'll be starting out in a junior role, which means you won't be expected to do everything yourself.

We have a Project Manager to make sure the client provides us what we need. We have an Account Strategist who handles all client communications, and supports you with the overall strategy in the accounts. We have a Creative Strategist to create new images and videos for you (we'd love to hear your ideas for new ads!).

And you'll also have direct access to the owner DAILY via Office Hours at 10 am CST. This is an open-door invitation to answer any questions you have about launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns, copywriting, marketing, media buying - ANYTHING you need support on. Just jump on Zoom and get your questions answered.

You will NOT be alone, but OWNERSHIP is a must - we expect you to take 100% responsibility of your tasks.

We honor and pay you a full 13th month after your first year with us.

Salary is negotiable, but will come with a 90-day probation period before increasing.

PLEASE NOTE: We have the following meeting requirements you'll be expected to meet:
- Monday: 11 am-12pm CST
- Thursday: 2-3 pm CST
- Updates submitted digitally by noon CST M/W/F
