QA Lead

As one of the leaders on an Agile scrum team for a US Based company, the candidate will work with the scrum team and QA resources to get stories to done status. This position requires a split shift to coordinate between US resources CST/PST time zones and Offshore resources (Mainly in IST time zone) - Time available needs to be roughly 11am to 3pm and 11pm to 3am Philippines time.

Responsibilities:
· Held accountable for overall delivery of Quality Engineering tasks on your assigned Scrum Team
· Participate in backlog grooming ceremonies and provide insights for story creation
· Meet during all regular team cadence calls (Scrum, Refinement, Planning, Retro, etc)
· Ensure alignment between Development and Test during development process
· Assist with deployment issues (debugging, etc)
· Identify Test Data Requirements and ensure test data is ready for team to use at the point of test execution
· Perform manual testing on a story prior to automation
· Work with development team and product owner to resolve any issues found
· Automate Acceptance Criteria in Specflow framework
· Coordinate with UAT to ensure story is completed in a timely manner

Skills Needed
· Experience in Agile Development
· Prior QA Lead experience (3 to 5 years) on an Agile team
· C# .Net Automation Experience - 2 to 7 years
· Experience with C#/Selenium/SpecFlow/NUnit automation framework
· Experience with API Testing (Postman)
· Experience with SQL and executing stored procedures
· Experience working with BDD Feature files for automation
· Experience setting up and maintaining pipelines in Azure DevOps
· (Nice to have) Performance testing experience
