WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: 9am – 5pm Central European Time, Monday – Friday (3 to 11pm PH Time)
WORK DURATION: Long Term, Full-Time
HOURLY RATE: $7-$10/hr, depending on experience and skillset

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: evaluate, interview, offer, negotiation, and close candidates for assigned requisitions -Sourcing from various Job Portals
-Track and generate reports/recruitment data
-Create and update job descriptions
-Establish communication between the applicant and management
-Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
-Create SOPs for everything that you do
SKILLS REQUIRED:
-At least 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, a MUST.
-Strong Recruiting and interviewing skills
-Phone,
-Proactive and innovative in driving recruitment initiatives
-Committed to quality, fairness, and professionalism
-Asana, Trello, ClickUp experience
-Highly organized with keen attention to details
-Critical thinker, problem solver - a proactive approach to problem-solving
-Must be able to meet deadlines
-Good interpersonal/people/customer service skills
-Excellent communication in English – written and verbal
