Safe Storage USA is a fast-growing storage facility chain looking for elite-level phone professionals to help them accelerate their growth by cold calling and qualifying potential acquisitions. We are looking for people who are curious, innovative, have grit, and operate with integrity.
The ideal candidate will be a high-performance individual with the drive to make calls and the skill to get results over the phone. (Training and leads will be provided.)
• Research potential leads from business directories, databases, web searches, or digital resources
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospective sellers (Utilizing CRM, Excel, etc.)
• Build pipelines with channel partners and tea
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics
• Cold call and make multiple outbound calls to potential prospects
• Answer potential seller questions and follow-up call questions
• Qualify leads to our brand standards
• 2+ years (s) of prior experience in sales
• Excellent time management, and organization skills as well as extreme attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) is a plus
• An ability to work independently, or as an active member of a team in a fast-paced
• An energetic, outgoing, courteous, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude, not easily discouraged
• Prior CRM experience is preferred
