Looking Full Stack / Back End Developers(Wordpress)

We’re looking for someone who is resourceful and flexible enough to implement the given designs. Someone who not only has the technical chops to implement designs with accuracy and attention to detail, but also has the taste and ability to evolve the original design direction through thoughtful interaction design and following SEO guidelines.

1. Requirements

- Familiarity with Front End Development in case we will require to make changes on the Back End Development Phase
- Having enough experience to change WordPress native functionalities and edit/create new plugins.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Experience with Structured Data and JSON Schema codes


3. Responsibilities
- Coding Custom WordPress Themes using Front End files
- (Sometimes) Translating UI/UX designs from Photoshop/Sketch/Figma to HTML/CSS (PIXEL PERFECT)
- Code new plugins and create dashboard members for a few websites
- Make sure the website is optimized for Core Web Vitals when coding the website, we will provide additional guidance, but we don't expect you to know everything about this topic. As long as you keep the website lightweight without too many plugins, it should be fine overall. We normally use Wp Rocket at the end of the back-end development phase to optimize the CSS/js files and another plugin for image compressions etc.


This is a long-term job and the developer should be able to dedicate 10-20 hours a week and be open to learning how to use Jira for project management.
