HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
As the Brand Operation Specialists, you'll be working with Brand Managers to do the following:
Account Management - Manage Seller accounts, making sure that you have an 80% (or higher) success rate on account-related issues pushed to seller support!
Project Coordination and Management - Assist our Brand Managers in coordinating with our clients and Internal Teams, ensuring that deadlines are met!
Listing Optimization - Ensure that all our products have healthy listing scores! Research and Optimize better ways to get our conversion rates higher!
Reporting - Create reports that give our Brand Managers and Clients the information they need for Sales, Inventory, and Marketing
Inventory Management - Make sure that our Products are available for our customers! Flag products that have been in inventory for too long!
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION
With one (1) year of e-commerce experience (Amazon or Shopify).
Ideally, you have at least one (1) year of project management experience.
You keep on learning trends and secrets about Digital Marketing.
Fluent in English both written and
Great interpersonal skills and a good command of English both spoken and written.
