JOB OVERVIEW

If you have perfect English, proven experience as a community manager for a ecommerce brand and can also provide support via live chat phone & email we need you.

- This is a LONG TERM stable job with a very well known $2 Billion brand in the home and kitchen space. There is a lot of room to grow and get performance-based bonuses and raises over time.

Job Details:
- 3h/day 5 days a week (Sundays off)
- Ability to work in UK business hours
- Fast training (1 month) with base salary
- A fixed monthly rate of $500/month ($400 during training)

Candidate must have:
- Perfect English, written and verbal
- Experience with Facebook & Instagram
- Customer service experience
- Must enjoy engaging, answering and communicating with comments on social media platforms.


A big bonus will be:
- social media marketing
- Experience with help desks such as Gorgias.
- Experience with Timedoctor (our time tracking app)
- Please write "apple" in uppercase in subject line when you apply
- Tell me what tools you use to manage social media comments/messages.
- Design knowledge (Canva)
- Give me actual examples of your work on social media comments.
