Business Development Manager (Salary + Commission)

We are looking for a full-time business development manager who will be responsible for Prospecting, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, and Closing.
You must be able to schedule a minimum 20 calls per week with potential clients. We will not be micro-managing, training or holding your hand. Previous experience is a must!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience generating leads and appointment setting for a Web Design Agency (WordPress development)
- Minimum 3 years business development/sales experience
- Familiar with basics of Web Design and preferably WordPress
- Proficient in Google Drive Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Experience in Cold
- Experience in generating leads via Upwork, Linkedin,
- Experience in using CRM and other prospecting tools

Your commission will be based on your performance and whether you reach the weekly quota.
20 appointments booked per week:
- $10 per appointment
- Plus $50 for each closed project/monthly maintenance package sold
35+ appointments per week:
- $15 per appointment
- Plus $100 for each closed project/monthly maintenance package sold
