Recruiter
We are a fast-growing online branded footwear retailer in the UK and have been trading since 1992.
We are looking for a full-time remote recruiter. You should have a demonstrable experience of not only selecting quality candidates using the job boards but also seeking out and headhunting talent across multiple disciplines within the scope of e-commerce. This is a long-term and permanent position.
About the Role
Using your experience, you analyze what works and what doesn’t. You’ll be able to critically evaluate our current recruiting approach and suggest and implement improvements.
On a typical day, you will source candidates using a variety of sourcing strategies, review applicants, pre-screen candidates, and maintain the candidate database. You will collaborate daily with the department manager on all ongoing searches, report on your current searches, and present out-of-the-box ideas to attract top talent to our niche roles.

Main responsibilities
Develop recruitment strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
Collaborate with the department managers to understand the job roles, and their requirements and compose attractive job descriptions.
Manage all the job adverts across all the job boards.
Review job applications and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct video interviews and skills assessments
Seek out and headhunt talents for various managerial positions.
Present summarised shortlisted candidates' details to the department managers for approval.
Advice and assist management in implementing, organizing and optimizing recruiting procedures of the company.
Conduct necessary references checks for candidates
Ad-hoc office admin duties.
Minimum Requirements
Must have 2 years of recruitment experience for hiring for various business departments etc.
Excellent CV screening skills.
Familiar with a wide variety of candidate sourcing platforms and methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 app suite
· Sound knowledge of using collaborating software (Click up, Microsoft 365 etc.)
Please note:
We use a task management app to manage all the tasks and to measure the performance of all the workers. All the tasks that are assigned to you will have estimated times and due dates that should be strictly followed. After completing each task, you will be required to report the time spent and any additional notes against each task within the app.
Pay and benefits
We are offering a $6-8 per hour rate (based on experience). 40 hours, 5 days in a week, 8-5 UK time with one hour break
In addition to the basic rate, we also offer a Monthly performance bonus.
