Position Description
Upgrade to see actual info is a unique platform that works with both donors and students to create, manage, and award exclusive scholarships, fellowships, and grants, all via the Upgrade to see actual info platform. You will work directly with our Donor Relations Team to ensure that the scholarship awarding process runs smoothly for all winners, finalists, and donors.

What You’ll Do
Own the entire process of selecting a scholarship winner and ensuring the student receives their award
Collaborate cross-functionally to create efficient workflows for all scholarship winners in our project management tool
Maintain and enhance the scholarship winner operations workflow
Review student applications and scholarship essays and recommend potential winners in our Donor portal

What You’ll Bring
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience managing others
Experience working in a remote and global setting
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
Proactive and self-directed, while also being a team player
Tech-savvy, and can quickly learn and adapt to new tools or processes
Ability to read and analyze written work on a computer for long periods
Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite

Time Commitment
This is a long-term, full-time position with steady hours. You should be available within the window of 4:00 AM ET to 12:00 PM ET/New York

Location
This is a fully remote position. We operate as a distributed team and can work from Upgrade to see actual infopensation
