Customer Support for Etsy Portrait Store

Hi!

We are looking for smart and fast learning people to join our support team. We are selling portraits on Etsy and we need someone who could communicate with our portrait artists and clients and make sure everyone is happy.

You will need to do:

1. Gather info about the portrait from Customer
2. Send that info to the artist
3. Be able distinguish between bad portrait and good portrait by checking our examples. Ask our artists to do revisions if needed.
4. Solve CS problems on daily basis.

Our starting hourly rate for customer support people: $3 to $6
