Job Description
We are looking for a talented Web Developer with a good understanding of design to enhance and optimize a current website as well as develop a new one from scratch. The ideal candidate should have an eye for brand identity and luxury appearance as well as optimized user experience elements. They should also have superior user interface design skills. The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows that integrate with our Lead database (Zoho)and email Marketing. They will be able to transform the sites workflows into, intuitive, and functional Upgrade to see actual infoO optimization skills and experience with Google/Facebook Ads are a big plus.
Responsibilities

Build and optimize a secure web page for evolving business needs.
Provide continued support for one or more web properties.
Maintain communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and supervisors concerning the direction of the website.
Code and script applications.
Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis
Coding the site’s navigation
Designing buttons and other controls for the site
Creating mock-ups of the site for the client’s approval
Fixing any functionality issues, including the removal of “dead links”
Updating and maintaining the site
Making backup files of the site
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Web Developer
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
BA in Information Technology or equivalent
BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject
