Pay is for Salary with a very heavy emphasis on production based pay. There will be both. For the right person this should be like shooting fish in a barrel.

What we are offering is 250,000 to 500,000 USD a year in income increase to select few Realtors who want to play with us. We give that to them for pennies on the dollar!

We have an immediate need for a new project right now and would love to have you start as soon as possible. This is for a person immediately.

If this is not for you and refer a person there is a $5000.00 USD to $15000.00 USD reward for finding and referring the right person.

Skills Needed:

- Business / Lead Development
- Strong spoken English skills (C1 and C2 most likely)
- A great eye
- Ability to take an interested person and push them over the finish line
- Ability to find and deliver information so people take action
- Have taken companies and significantly increases their revenues
- Attention to detail
