ERC Appointment Setter

Have you heard of ERC? It is a US Gov't tax credit refund given to US business owners for keeping their staff employed during the pandemic.

We are looking for a cold caller / appointment setter to reach out to the business owners in our database, have a brief conversation with them and set an appointment to go over the program for additional details.

Qualifications of the job:
Perfect English is a must - there are a lot of scams for ERC, and we want to give a great first impression, as we are a reputable business.
Ability to build rapport
Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Past experience with cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, or a job with high call activity
