Zealie is a full service Behaioral Health Billing Service company looking for Verification of Benefits specialists. VOB Specialist will call on insurance companies and verify Behavioral health benefits for prospective patients. Must be used to high call volume in a fast paced environment. Diligent and the ability to pay attention to detail.
Must have at least 2 years of Insurance verification experience at minimum.
Maintain high quality of customer service standards and compliance with corporate structure.
Assit with reimbursement issues relevant to eligibility and benefits
Must follow HIPAA guidelines.and Protected Health Information
Work efficiently and maintain production.
Other tasks assigned
