HR and Recruitment Specialist

We are currently looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist to be a part of our growing team with the following criteria:

• Five years of experience in HR and recruitment
• Two years of experience as an HR and recruiter in a remote set-up supporting clients outside the Philippines (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
• Knows the terms of independent contracting
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on different HR processes including recruitment and manpower planning, payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, appraisal, etc.
• Experience in recruiting for different industries and roles
• Experience with US recruitment
• Experience in handling end to end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding)
• Knows different job boards, assessment tools, ATS and project management systems
• Can do technical and non-technical recruiting
• Can deliver an effective onboarding process
• Can deliver fast and quality results
• Can work full time during CST time zone - 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday
