Real Estate Admin - Transaction Coordinator

Responsibilities
Follow Company policy and procedures
Database management - including but not limited to:
Adding prospective clients to our database(s)
Updating Client profiles
Ensuring Clients are being correctly followed up with
Adding Contacts/Clients to the appropriate follow-up campaigns

Transaction Coordination - including but not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service to all clients, cobrokes and vendors throughout the closing process
Follow closing system to maintain appropriate transaction communication and organization
Communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure smooth and positive closing experience.

Listing Input Coordination - including but not limited to:
Efficiently entering agent listings into the Upgrade to see actual infomunicating with clients/vendors and agents throughout the listing process.
Scheduling Photography, Staging, and Sign/Lockbox installation as needed.
Reviewing listing documents for accuracy and completeness.

Administrative Duties as assigned - possibly including:
Assisting in Planning Client Events
Compiling neighborhood searches/information for agent prospecting

Qualifications
Proficient in Google Systems including: Google Drive, Sheets, Forms and Gmail.
Proficient in Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Real Estate Experience a plus
Transaction Coordination experience a plus
Great verbal and written communication skills - and must be able to converse in strong english with minimal accent.
Strong organizational skills, problem solving and detail oriented a must!
