Construction Manager

SynergyGrid LLC is a rapidly growing Real Estate company that is always looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team.

We are looking for a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER who will use their expertise to work on a variety of real estate initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site vendors and contractors. You will be the representative on dealings and will relay information to the CEO.

This is a permanent work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities:
-Help with online and digital tasks in getting materials
-Work with different contractors and vendors on-site
-Approve purchases and materials
-Keep track of permits and documents
-Monitors contractors and make sure schedule and deadlines are met
-Audit materials we have on-site and when contractors are done
-Update expense trackers and inventories
-Responsible for ordering materials
-Editing of plans using AutoCAD

Qualifications:
-Great problem-solving skills
-Can handle simultaneous tasks
-Excellent communications skills
-Strong work ethic with adherence to deadlines and prioritization
-Proficiency in Google Suites
-Proficient in AutoCAD
-Construction Manager experience is a PLUS
