JOB OVERVIEW

Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager. We will train you for this position. The key role of the Learning and Development Manager is to conceptualize and design learning modules for clients. He/She will work closely with the Content Developer to determine and prepare the suitable learning strategies for each client. The candidate needs to have professionalism, have strong verbal and written communication skills and deep understanding in conceptualizing modules for learning and development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Content Developer to Identify client’s developmental Upgrade to see actual infosign learning modules to meet client’s goals and needs (eg. E-learning courses)
Conducts quarterly learning and development needs assessment.
Work closely with the Operations Manager and Continuing Engagement Lead in bridging process gaps and creating solutions to issues relating to learning and development of clients.
Prepare necessary reports for management review.
Directly reports to the Director of Operations.
Build strong relationship with the team and external stakeholders.
Adhere to the policies, core values and work culture of the Upgrade to see actual infosired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Education, Special Education Psychology, Business or other relevant field.
Prior experience working with neurodiverse population.
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
3–5-year experience in Learning and Development / Training (or similar field).
Familiar with online tools (eg. Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Notion)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to design and implement effective training and development program.
Willing to work remotely following ET shift

Preferred qualifications:
Professional certification is a plus
Proficient in various CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience in project management
Willing to extend work hours as needed

Performance measures
? Adherence to KPIs (eg. Effectiveness of Learning Strategies, Timeliness of Deliverables)
? Compliance with the internal processes or company policies
? Accuracy of the reports
