VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WEB DEVELOPER

Stable company looking for a PART-TIME web developer which will transition into a full time position after a testing period and ultimately leading to a management position. This position allows us to test your skills and accomplishments. Upon passing the testing period of approximately 30-60 days, this position will convert to a full-time position. The full-time position will be paid at a beginning salary of 20,000 PHP PER MONTH. Bonuses and wage increase will commensurate with successful employment and timely deliverables.

THIS IS NOT A FREELANCE POSITION. THIS POSITION WILL USE A SCREEN MONITORING SERVICE. The ability to make a directory, membership websites, and a corresponding app will win you the position. Expected YEARLY compensation with bonuses and wage increase FOR THE FULL TIME POSITION after probationary period of 4 months will be 360,000+ PHP. Bonuses may be paid during the probationary period.
