ABOUT TYROOLA

Tyroola is an eCommerce platform for tyres in the “Scale Up” stage. We disrupt the traditional industry with activities in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, and Europe. Tyroola is a leading online marketplace for tyres and automotive parts in the “Scale Up” stage. We disrupt the $5 billion traditional automotive aftermarket industry where 95% of the sector still operating offline. We are active and growing our presence in several countries in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. We consider ourselves a marketing & technology-led company which happens to be selling tyres.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
• Has a dedicated workspace, with the ability to receive incoming calls with no external interruptions.
• Computer or laptop with current specifications of Core i3 and 8gb ram (calls via browser need to be possible without interruptions)
• Stable internet with fast connection speeds of at least 10mbps.
• Backup internet plan or mobile data plan if the main internet provider is not available.
• A noise-canceling headset and a working web camera
• Has an alternative location or a generator in case of power interruption

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:

• Design, build and execute split or multivariate testing on website, emails or landing pages.
• Identify and test new techniques, technology or practices to improve conversion rate or consumer engagement.
• Work closely with web content specialist to ensure correct execution and implementation of tests.
• Constantly monitor how competitors or industry related companies implement conversion process.
• Use analytic platforms to monitor progress and analyze outcomes of tests.
• Create and maintain guidelines on web design, content and flow based on ?ndings from winning tests.

B. Strong Candidate’s experience and qualifications will include:

• 2 to 3 years experience in website optimization or the like
• Understands consumer behavior on ecommerce sites
• Understands consumer intent and what makes them convert based on the company product
• Knowledge in elementary statistics related to AB or multivariate testing
• Knowledge and understanding of website components (e.g., CMS, HTML, CSS and the like)
• Very keen to details
• Results oriented
• Self starter and needs minimal supervision
• Shows ownership of projects and tasks assigned
• Strong organizational skills

• Hiring Managers Interview - Interview with the department head/hiring managers. Questions asked here are more inclined to your technical skills or role specifics. The duration of the call is between 20 to 30 minutes. Make sure to join at least 5 minutes before your schedule.
• CEO’s Final Interview - Final interview with CEO for but not limited to Executives/Directors or Department Head role. Questions asked are more focused on management style and problem-solving skills. The duration of the call is between 30 to 45 minutes. Make sure to join at least 5 minutes before your schedule.
• Decision - The last step is getting all the feedback from your interviewers. Once done, we will reach out to you on the status of your application.
