Virtual recruiter

US-based home care agency looking for a recruiter to help us build our roster of full-time and part-time caregivers (certified home health aides). Duties:
• Write and place job ads on job boards, social media, and other online recruitment venues.
• Identify new online recruitment venues.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews for qualified candidates.
• Proactively reach out via text, phone, and email to agency-provided lists of qualified prospects to generate interest in applying for caregiver positions.
• Track all recruitment activity.
• Assist in conducting applicant reference checks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record recruiting in a low-wage industry. Sales and home care experience are preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates are tech savvy, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
