Inside Sales Agent ISA

We’re looking for a full-time Inside Sales Assistant to join our growing team! You’ll call warm leads and qualify them into appointments for the Sales Upgrade to see actual infondidates should be driven, hard-working professionals who have a knack for fact finding and asking questions.

Day to day responsibilities include:

Calling new and old leads
Following a script and asking qualifying questions
Qualifying leads and setting zoom appointments for agents
Using CRM system to update leads, making notes, and moving leads down the pipeline
Following up with leads who have not answered
Daily training using our Sales Training platform/software
Showcasing professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

Must have excellent and professional telephone skills
Must have great tone and energy
Previous Inside Sales experience would be helpful
Real estate experience an asset but not required
Clearly spoken English and good internet connection a must.
