Technical Central Services

We are looking for a dynamic person who can be a vital part of our team. The perfect individual works independently but also has great communication (Verbal and Written) skills and works well in a team.

- Responsible for deployment of various tools used by NSN to provide services to our customers.
- Monitor and Manage incoming alerts related to a variety of technologies used by NSN customers like backup, security, AV, PC health, etc.
- Assist with various proactive management tasks such as patch management, spam protection, Server and PC maintenance.
- Create documentation for deployment services
- Assist with standardized delivery of IT services by assisting with onboarding of new clients and services.
- Be a subject matter expert with respect to the various tools that NSN uses to manage our customers.

Technology experience preferred:
- Connectwise Manage
- N-Able NCentral
- Windows 10/11
- Office 365
