Meet THE SCHNEIDER GROUP:
Matthew Schneider (Partner/Broker) – Essentially growing up in the real estate business, Matthew represents the next generation of The Schneider Group. While in college, Matthew obtained his real estate license and started working as buyers’ representative upon graduation. He has grown to be a seasoned veteran, working in many different facets of the industry, and representing a diverse clientele. Matthew has developed a niche within the local building community, working with a variety of developers, builders, and rehabbers. Furthering his knowledge base, he completed a Masters degree in real estate at DePaul University, which has provided the additional education necessary to advance his Upgrade to see actual infow partner of The Schneider Group, both Matthew & Marla work directly with buyers and sellers to provide the consistent service and expertise their reputation proceeds.

Basic computer skills
We are looking for someone to grow with out team that can handle a variety of tasks. Our goal is to bring someone on as a telemarketer and then transition them into training others once they have mastered our techniques.

WORK HOURS:
If hired you will be working 4pm - 8pm central standard time.

HIGH-SPEED INTERNET AND COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS
You will be required to have high-speed internet capabilities with a 10 megabit upload & down speed and a computer in order to work from home.

HEADSETS AND BACKGROUND NOISE
You will need to have a quiet place to call, where you will not be interrupted with background noise from children or other individuals who might enter the room while you are calling. You will be required to wear a headset to block out any unforeseen Upgrade to see actual infoPENSATION
You will be paid an HOURLY WAGE PLUS COMMISSIONS on the sales you make. Full compensation details will be provided.
