Carver Cross International is a boutique Executive Search Agency, focusing on the recruitment of highly skilled professionals within the Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Driving markets, within the Automotive industry.
We have locations in the UK and Spain although are clients are based across the U.S , Europe and Asia.

Due to an increase in workload and strategic projects, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team Executive Search team, who can support us remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings,market research and data analysis.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required alongside a genuine interest in new technology.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
The idea is for someone to join our small but highly successful business and firstly learn about our industry and markets.
The second step will be for you to become a fully-fledged Recruitment Resourcer earning industry leading rates and commission on successful Upgrade to see actual infoitially part time, the ideal candidate will have the possibility to switch to Full Time hours, based on their capabilities and if desired.

Responsibilities
• Respond to candidate messages via LinkedIn or other applications
• Schedule meetings in the diary
• Manage a contact list and data entry for candidates
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
• Organize managers’ calendars
• Perform market research
• Provide customer service as first point of contact

Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role (recruitment resourcing, recruitment, HR)
• Familiarity with ; LinkedIn , Whatsapp, Skype, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar,Outlook calendar)
• Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
• Experience in Boolean Searching (recruitment) a huge bonus

Salary is $Upgrade to see actual infoper month working 7 hours per day.
1 hour paid lunch break

Commission:
$100- $300 per month based on KPIs
