Amazon Associate

Stojo, maker of sustainable reusable food and drink containers, is seeking an Amazon Associate to support in the everyday operations of our Amazon Seller Central store.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual who is experienced in managing the operations for an Amazon storefront.

What we need:
1. Previous Amazon Seller Central account management, ideally 1-2 years of experience
2. Strong holistic understanding of Amazon Seller Central platform and processes
3. Experience pulling Amazon Seller Central reporting, including inventory and business reports
4. Aptitude for analyzing Amazon reports to elevate insights that drive the business
5. Strong and timely written and communication skills
6. Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn and create processes
7. A fast learner who is willing to go out of their way to pick up new skills
8. Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Excel, Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.), Netsuite and Helium 10 a plus
9. Experience with Amazon page rankings a plus

What you will do:
1. Day-to-Day Operations. Act as our everyday
2. Reporting. Create and manage all reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, pulling key reports each Sunday in advance of Monday meetings
3. Case Management. Create and follow up with Amazon support on cases, including inventory reconciliations, account issues, listings issues, etc
4. Inventory Management. Collaborate with Stojo’s Director of Operations to manage all inventory levels across Amazon storefront, tracking daily and elevating recommended inventory sends on a weekly basis
5. Fulfill by Merchant. Support on everyday inventory management of Fulfill by Merchant program
6. Listing Management. Create new ASINs and update product listing pages, as needed
7. Promotion Management. Create and manage all promotions, including Prime Day


Who you are:
1-2 years of relevant experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account
You’re an excellent writer and effective communicator.
Strong analytical skills
Proactive and resourceful / scrappy
You love spreadsheets and organizing information.
You have extremely strong attention to detail.
You’re a collaborative team player
