Superstar Project Manager

Hi!

We are a Portrait Ecommerce Store growing fast on Etsy and building our own store outside of the marketplace. Our team consists of 20 people and we are looking for a superstar project manager who could overlook and manage our team's projects.

You will need:

- Make sure that new listings on Etsy are launched on time.
- Make sure that our customer support people are performing well
- Making sure everyone starts on time, not missing workdays.
- Making sure people are working efficiently.
- Making sure we have enough people to fulfill orders.
- Fire and hire people.
- And so on...

We will do training on industry-specific things, but we need a person who extremely loves planning things and doesn't forget even the smallest things that need to be done. Also, we need someone who already has good project management experience.
