Our partner IT Managed Service Provider located in Austin, Texas, is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Technician to be part of their dynamic team.

Key Functions
Well rounded senior individual capable of troubleshooting server and workstation hardware as well as software issues with a concentration in POWERSHELL. Gather and research information. Take ownership of seeing the issue to closure. Produce and maintain client documentation, and organize customer information. Remote assistance with customers and staff as

What you bring
• Advanced knowledge of all core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server (Upgrade to see actual info), Microsoft365, MS SQL Server
(Upgrade to see actual info).
• Advanced proficiency with firewalls, switches, and routers from various manufacturers.
• Advanced knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls, etc.)
• Required - Intimate knowledge of MS SQL Database
• Required - Highly proficient use of Powershell
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field;
experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in working within a technical support role, including proven and demonstrable PC (desktop and laptop), printer and other IT hardware troubleshooting skills
• 5 – 7 years’ experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows 7/10 Operating Systems, Microsoft365, Active Directory, and Exchange Management Console

Preferred but not required
Certifications - CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Server

13th Month Pay
