We are a boutique talent acquisition agency that works with leading companies and ?family offices in recruiting top-tier individuals across several industries including Tech, Construction, Non-Profit, and Accounting. Our clients are almost exclusively referrals, based on our strong reputation and extensive network of candidates.
We seek a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help with recruiting qualified individuals for our
Duties and Responsibilities :
Coordinate prescreen interviews for the Recruiter
Communicate with applicants throughout the interview process
Communicate inconsistencies to filter out unqualified candidates
Guide recruits through the interviewing process with prompt communication
Grow LinkedIn connections for the company & Owner’s personal profile
Draft industry-relevant content for company & personal Linkedin profile
Draft outreach campaign language for outbound searches
Edit and organize candidate submission notes for client presentation
Requirements and Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in HR management or equivalent experience
Strong English written and verbal skills (minimum CEFR Level C1)
3+ years of experience building boolean searches and recruiting within Linkedin and Indeed
Recruitment, HR, or vendor management experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience using an ATS (LOXO is a bonus)
Organizational skills:
Computer proficiency
Familiarity with US hiring regulations and compliance issues
This job required working during USA hours between 12pm to 5pm PST (California)
