Client Services - Team Lead

We are acting for a young and dynamic company who are looking for a Team Lead to manage the Client Services Team.
Job Description:
Ability to provide leadership and direction to the entire client services team.
Understand client needs and is able to lead the team to cultivate solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after sales service
Ensures the prioritization of client needs and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all client requests and orders are completed
Assisting client care team in the execution of their duties where necessary and ensuring constant sharpening of their skills
Ability to understand and train the client services team on products and services offered by the Company
Lead the team to forward upsell and cross sell products and services offered by the Company
Collaborates across all departments to drive customer experience initiatives and to ensure clients are properly serviced
Ensuring the accurate updating of the Company's dashboard

Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Client Services or Client Relationship Manager
Ability to lead by example
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Experience in sales or customer service preferred
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving attitude
Customer oriented mindset
Option to be based in Singapore
