JOB OVERVIEW

Position Description:

Part-time (20 hours) person needed to manage customer leads and inquiries, schedule appointments, update client records, coordinate our prospect call process, and other related administrative tasks as needed.

You must be available to work 4 hours a day to be scheduled between the hours of 11:00 am and 5:00 pm EDT (New York time zone) in order to handle calls from all United States time zones. This is a long-term position with the possibility of additional hours leading to a full-time position.

You will be using Skype to handle outbound phone calls to the US and Canada. You do not need to buy Skype credit yourself, we will provide you a pre-paid account.

You must have your own headset, computer and a good quality, very stable and reliable internet connection.

There must be NO sounds in the background, you must have a very quiet room to work in.


Specific Skills You Should Have Include:

* Extraordinary personal and phone communication skills
* Strong command of the English language, must speak perfect English with neutral North American accent
* Experience with Database & Integrated CRM applications
* Strong organizational skills
* Fanatical attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines


Personality Wise, We’re Looking for:

* Someone who is upbeat, personable, and gets along well with customers; someone who has no problem picking up the phone and talking to a stranger, and helping someone out.

* Someone who truly enjoys talking to people on the phone. This is critical as you will be the “official voice” of our company.

* Someone who can learn to take full responsibility for our client call process. It will be your responsibility to maximize the value each potential call can bring to our company.

* Someone who can work independently. You need to be able to work on your own, answer your own questions and move ahead without waiting. We'll have scheduled times to catch up on projects, go over any questions, etc.
