JOB OVERVIEW

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to set up and manage the company's overall digital marketing strategies. You will play a vital role in accomplishing our business objectives and goals. You should have demonstrable experience of working with major technologies and marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities
Work with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey
Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages
Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance
Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio
Working on Search Engine Optimization and app store optimization
Regularly monitor user analytics and use these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement
Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
Experience as Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role
At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on WordPress development, SEO content writing, on/off page optimization.
Working knowledge of leading and managing SEO/SEM campaigns.
Ability to identify target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Working experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Exceptional knowledge of content management and email marketing software.
Good understanding of social media and display advertising platforms.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Good time management abilities.
