Content Manager

My Biz Niche is a full-service digital agency specializing in custom website design, development, and online marketing.

We are currently looking for a talented Content Manager to join our team who has the ability to think both creatively and analytically.

Major Goal:

The Content Manager's main goal is to act as a resource to the team on internal and client SEO developments and optimizations as well as content strategies and campaigns. This role has a direct impact and involvement in SEO, campaign and content strategy projects through in depth research, content optimization, project coordination, content optimization, and campaign implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research: Website Architecture & Content Evaluations
2. Planning: Keyword Theming and Content Strategy
3. Build: Content Marketing Strategies & Campaigns
4. Lead: Manage SEO Content Team
5. Lead: SEO Content Team Development & Processes
6. Team Collaboration & Communication

Note: This is a Managerial role, we prefer somebody with experience leading a team of Content Writers and SEO Specialist. Strong leadership skills is required.

Skills Requirements:

> Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
> Understand search engine ranking factors, algorithms, and principles.
> Strong experience with keyword research, citation building, link building, and title/meta-tag creation for SEO strategy.
> Experience with keyword density analysis, reporting, and link building tools (e.g., Moz, Majestic, ahrefs, buzzstream etc.).
> Strong quantitative analytical skills with the ability to focus on goals and give attention to detail.
> Comfortable working with raw data sets to generate reports & insights.
> Must have in-depth analytical skills in interpreting web analytics data, formulating conclusions, developing strategies based on analysis and experience with web analytics/technology applications.
> Must have a basic understanding of internet programming languages (not necessarily code a website from the ground up, but how a footer file works, domain hosting, image linking, etc.).
> Great written and verbal English communication skills.
> Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills
