Google Ads campaign manager

We're looking for someone to launch, run and manage Google ad campaigns for our clients who consist mainly of online casinos.
The selected candidate will receive training before starting the job.
The candidate should have experience managing google ad campaigns, predominately in launching campaigns, increasing budget, finding and optimising keyword strategies, updating blog posts and increasing quality scores for targetted Upgrade to see actual info is imperitive that candidates are certified by Google.

Experience with Google Display Network is considered a plus.
