Real Estate Cold Caller/Lead Generation

We are looking for a hard working virtual assistant that can work with us in our real estate company to make cold calls and generate real estate leads in Southern California (Ventura County and Los Angeles County).

Requisites:
1. English. You must have good verbal skills.
2. You must have a reliable computer.
3. You must have a strong and stable internet connection.
4. You must have a smart phone capable of working with apps.
5. You must have experience as a virtual assistant in the field of real estate and experience in cold calling.
6. If you are working elsewhere and or are going to school - this is not the job for you.
7. You must be very computer literate.
8. If you are applying to as many postings as you can find without having a clue to our posting, this is not the job for you.
