Virtual Assistant - Lead Generation

We are a fast-growing, diversified European company seeking to hire a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT to help meet the customer support, marketing, and operational needs of our businesses.

Performance Based Pay:

We will pay Euro 1 per 40 qualified leads. (EUR 0.025 per lead) up to EUR 400 per month.

Hours:

COMPLETELY FLEXIBLE. Work to your own schedule and at your own pace.

The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, responsive, reliable, and eager to perform well.

You must possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong ability to engage in clear written messaging with potential and registered customers. Your primary role will be to help to build our database for marketing outreach campaigns.

There may be an opportunity in the future to additionally assist in supporting the dynamic operational requirements of several growing digital businesses.

The role will require you to have your own computer or laptop, a conducive working environment, and a good, reliable internet connection.

The primary business that you will be supporting is a new mentoring platform that will offer influential people a way to be rewarded for sharing their experiences and skills with Upgrade to see actual infoing publicly available data on the internet, you will help us to identify these people across many categories and enter their details into a database using an outreach form.

For each entry, you will also choose pre-supplied text or compose your own single custom, an introductory sentence that flatters the lead with a positive message about anything they have done or accomplished.

You may be expected to learn and use various applications and tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, customer relationship management software, social media platforms, as well as use time-tracking software.
