Compliance Officer | Fintech Start-up

Hi! We are a Fintech start-up seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Compliance Officer.

Position: Compliance Officer
Full-Time Remote Position

Salary $1000 to $1200 USD (depends on work experience)

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and AMLA
Review compliance procedures and policies and define ares of improvement
Assist in documenting compliance procedures
Coordinate with external agencies on regulatory matters
Create action plan for audit findings and compliance violations
Report to management on company's compliance with laws and regulations
Act as subject matter expert on compliance, regulations, and best compliance processes

Qualifications
2+ Years Experience as a Compliance Officer in the Fintech/Banking industry
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal management preferred
Diverse range of experience in compliance testing or legal management
Required: 2+ Years of Experience as a compliance officer
Strong English and Communication Skills
Must be detail oriented
