Short term rental assistant / general assistant

Prior experience in short term rental industry is a Upgrade to see actual infovolved in day to day management of short term rental properties- softwares, maintenance scheduling, etc

Managing direct bookings website, managing listings on PMS (Uplisting), Airbnb, VRBO, Upgrade to see actual info, Google Vacation rentals. Ability to edit listings and copy- great English speaking and writing is a must.

Managing guest inquiries, complaints etc for short term rentals and long term rentals

Coordinate with utility companies, vendors, contractors etc

Coordinating scheduling for owners of business, handling various communications for owners both personal and business

Sales calls to insurance adjusters, contractors, etc for marketing of direct bookings website
