JOB OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW
We're looking for an EDI Analyst to join our team at HiEnd Accents! As our EDI Analyst, you will be responsible for processing customer orders via EDI, as well as performing EDI setup/integration with new trading partners. This role requires extensive prior experience and knowledge with EDI integrations, so please read on and apply if that fits your skillset!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and troubleshoot EDI integrations with new trading partners
- Get orders into our ERP system from various sources, including:
- Various customer portals
- EDI system
- Emails and faxes
- Ensure correct pricing for customers
- Release orders/backorders for shipping in a timely fashion
- Organize order releasing for easy picking
- Create delivery slips and invoice shipped orders
- Upload/enter shipping and invoicing information to customer portals
- Create, send inventory, shipping and invoicing EDI documents
- Handle payment issues, solve order-related problems and interact with account managers as needed
- Interact with customers and provide them with information on:
- Order-related questions (including inventory availability and shipping timeline)
- Product updates and inquiries
- Identify opportunities and areas to improve customer satisfaction
- Understand and ensure departmental KPIs, objectives, and guidelines are followed
- Ensure customer SLAs are followed
- Contribute towards a positive work environment
- Work on other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years experience with order management, data entry and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; additionally, strong interpersonal skills, particularly in a customer-facing capacity
- EDI experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills; self-motivated and proactive
- MS Excel ability
- Excellent English skills
- Ability to work with our US team via email, Slack and Zoom. Highly preferred, but not required: experience with Airtable and Notion
