Real Estate VA

Core Group Realty is growing and we are looking to hire an experienced Real Estate VA to assist the sales manager and sales team. We are looking for a hardworking person who also likes to have fun and work in a team environment. Salary for this position ranges from $4 to $6 per hour based on past experience.

Experience in the following areas is preferred:
At least 1 year experience in administrative work within the Real Estate industry
Experienced in using Follow Up Boss for lead management, Creating action plans and automations, pulling reports and more.
Experience with Ylopo, AI text replies, push listings, and other functions of the Ylopo system
Experience with Sisu, pulling reports, setting goals, setting up challenges and tracking sales team KPIs and more.

Duties:
This person in this job will be assisting the ISA and Sales Manager in helping to facilitate tools, systems, campaigns and referral sources (inbound and outbound) to increase opportunity and sales for the team.

This is not a sales position. This is an administrative position which requires great attention to detail and some working knowledge of Microsoft tools, Canva, Social Media, as well as standard business systems and tools. You will be working closely with the Sales Manager, the Lead ISA, the Operations department as well as the executive team.

Great verbal and written communication skills are paramount. The person in this position must be able to work in a team environment as well as be self-managed and self-disciplined. Must be able to take instruction and complete projects and tasks in a timely manner with few mistakes. Must be detail oriented and proactive in their work.

We provide PTO and Holiday pay after the provisionary period. Our VA’s and ISA’s are fully integrated into our team. You will be working alongside one of the best VA teams in the country. Training provided, and growth opportunities available as we grow.
