This role at Harvard Real Estate Group is an Eastern time U.S. based national operation and will amplify your Upgrade to see actual infoom taking on new challenges to following the lead of incredible mentors, we promise you will grow, learn and make a difference.

As the first touch point of every deal, the Lead Manager is an essential role. You will begin every interaction with a lead before booking an appointment and escalating it to the Acquisitions Manager for negotiation and contracting. There is a need to assess willingness to sell, quick analysis, and sending a written offer.

What We Are Looking For -- you are great at:
- Speaking with homeowners and are able to understand their pain points, priorities, motivation, and why they would be selling
-Making a deep relational connection/ building rapport
- Analyzing property value and comparable sales
- Data entry and organization
- Collaborating with key teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Providing leadership of cold callers team

As Lead Manager What You Will Do Day-To-Day
- Convert inbound lead communication
- Seller lead data entry into the company database
- Seller lead data maintenance
- Manage the Acquisitions team to schedule appointments and send offers
- Calculate basic property valuation analysis
- Outbound follow-up touches to seller leaders including (calls, texts, and emails)

Experience
- 2 years plus of Real Estate experience. Prior experience with an investment company, real estate brokerage or leasing agency is ideal
- Database Management/CRM
- Management experience
- Friendly, outgoing, problem-solving personality
- Ability to respond quickly to colleagues and supervisor
- Ability to schedule and confirm appointments
- Ability to work 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. EST
