We are a small and fast-growing online magazine focused on the wellness space for over 2 years and are launching our Shopify Wellness store offering various brands of wellness products and services for women by women. We are looking for the right teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to join our growing team.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Shopify Store Administrator
This is a job that requires excellent knowledge and experience of Shopify as well as great attention to detail:?
• Vast knowledge of Shopify/eCommerce and best practices for product management, updating inventory, onboarding new vendors/products?
• Product management including updating new products, generating product descriptions, resizing images as needed, and videos from our vendors?
• Liase with Vendors to ensure pricing is up to date including Sales/Promotional campaigns
• Review sales data and inventory daily in order to replenish and avoid ‘out of stock’
• Communicate effectively with our purchasing manager and marketing department to support and manage projects
• Bundling of products and recommendations based on sales and customer interests
• Monitor abandoned carts and identify ways to optimize site navigation?• Work with SEO manager and lead developer to improve website load speed, UX, and overall mobile responsiveness
• At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, Shopify, or a related field is desired
• Self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet various deadlines

Customer Service
As the Shopify Customer Service Representative your role is to act as our customers' first point of contact. This involves handling customer service inquiries from multiple sales channels with empathy and confidence:
• Monitor customer service inquiries and handle them via customer service email
• Resolve issues by providing accurate information, processing refunds and/or replacements, or simply by giving invaluable advice and support
• Keep accurate records of all customer complaints
• Monitor all product listings daily/resolve or escalate any issues as applicable
• Analyze all customer reviews and inquiries to identify opportunities to improve our products and listings
• Research customer questions and provide solutions?
• Raise customer cases with suppliers and manage them to a successful conclusion?

• Excellent English communication skills, particularly English writing skills

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE SHOPIFY experience
Fluent in English
Laptop or PC with at least 8GB of RAM, with fast processor
Webcam and headset for online teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings
Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted
Dedicated Work Environment - be able to answer the phone or emails quickly at any time during business Upgrade to see actual info loud background noise - no coffee shops, children, Upgrade to see actual infofortable w/ basic business math and Excel
Able to learn and manage many different kinds of tasks
Able to think through a situation & take steps to solve the problem
Able to follow a process
Pay attention to details
Data Entry skills, type 50 WPM

WORKING HOURS
Full-time position (40 hours/week)
Working hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM Dubai, UAE time with a 1 Hour Break.
