General Description: The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Implementation Specialist is responsible for customizing medical software to client requirements.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10 PM - 7 AM PHT, office-based

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

-Work directly with client remotely through email or call to provide first call resolutions on the software issues they encountered
-Work on assigned emails on issues received via email
-Will be in charge of IMS Product training, VN customization, and Letters and Forms
-Take care client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary
-Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed
-Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests

-Preferably a graduate of any medical related program but college level with relevant BPO experience are open to apply
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
-ESL/Training experience is a plus
-Keep self abreast with current EMR technology and provide recommendations for improvements of IMS
-Confident, has high self-esteem, and must be tech savvy
-Good English communication skills
-Basic knowledge of medical terminologies
-Easy going and independent
-Can work with less supervision
-Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
-Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
-Willing to work during holidays and weekends
-Willing to stay in the company for at least 2 years
-Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

Monthly salary of 21,750-25,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
